The Breath of Land

The Breath of Land explores the Serra do Amolar, in the heart of the Pantanal, as a living presence shaped by water, light, and seasonal rhythm. In this landscape, land and water dissolve into one another, redefining scale and orientation through reflection, mist, and silence.

Rather than depicting spectacle, the series focuses on balance and continuity. Subtle transitions between terrain, vegetation, and atmosphere reveal a fragile equilibrium sustained by time and repetition.
